wingsuits: over the alps

During 2005 the world famous Eiger was our prime location for some hardcore WingSuit flying. After exiting the aircraft, the fun started with a flyby across the beautiful Jungfraujoch. Then it was time to attack the peak of the Eiger at 13.000 ft (3970m) above sea level by speeding down it’s northern face. We passed high altitude snowfields and crossed the ‘mushroom’ rock formation, which is well known among BASE-jumpers. After a spectacular canopy ride we landed safely on the ‘Kleine Scheidegg’ at the bottom of the Eiger. What could be more fantastic than flying over the spectacular mountain scenery of the Bernese Oberland in your WingSuit….
